Hello and Welcome! or Karibu!                 

       This December I have the opportunity to travel to Uganda, Africa on a missions trip with my church Oasis Christian Center. Oasis has partnered with watoto ministries in efforts to make a difference for future generations. This is a very special trip because our focus is to bring something we may all take for granted. Christmas! We will be throwing a Christmas celebration for 2,000 orphan children and widows in Uganda.

   I need your help! That's right! I can't do this alone. This trip will be a two week endevour. We will be bringing school suppplies, Backbacks, shoes, clothes and a special toy just for the children.

              Facts you may not know....

•    Over 2 million chldren have been orphaned by civil war and the aids epidemic.
• Half of the population in Uganda is under the age of 15
• Aids is one of the biggest causes of death for children under the age of 5
